Brought in by our Founder and Father (George Eason) in 1986 to run the foreign Newspaper and Magazines daily delivery service on behalf of The International Herald Tribune and all of their associated titles together with The Wall Street Journal for News Distribution Services Ltd. Successfully built up the cream of London’s Retail outlets in foreign News and worked with all the London wholesalers ensuring full UK coverage was achieved for all titles 365 days per year.
In 2000 took over all day to day running of E.L.B. when George Eason Retired and successfully won many major contracts within the Newspaper and Magazine industry many of which we still serve on a daily basis to this day.
Together with Stephen Eason In September 2004, after looking at many pallet networks and receiving offers from all of them we chose to join Pallet-Track which gave us the opportunity to grow the company year on year to where we are today with a turnover of more than five million pounds per annum.
July 2007 the Higgs International contract was won after a successful trial period which has continued to grow to such an extent that we now cover all of Higgs Int UK Haulage work seven days per week.
2011 started off with winning the prestigious contract for The Economist Magazine where we cover every single county in the country direct from the print site overnight for full on sale coverage across the UK the next day, covering all wholesalers and Royal Mail sorting offices.
In the late 1990’s Russell spent two years studying and Nescot College and obtained higher level GNVQ in Business and finance, he later moved onto a finance Director’s role within a building and construction company in Surrey for a further 3 years.
In 2005 Russell joined ELB Partners Ltd as Finance Manager. He is responsible for all day to day financial matters including all accounts payable and accounts due processes, invoicing, Sage payroll and financial control issues with direct reporting to the management team. Russell is a crucial member of the team whom reports direct to the Managing Directors.
Malcolm has been with ELB since October 2012, doing the route planning for the whole company, from vans to Artic loads. He has previous experience working for Bibby Distribution as a planning manager, also running the Biddy/Hammond Redhill Depot. He has over 20 years of experience in management and route planning in Logistics. He is very customer focused believing that if customers are happy then things run smoothly.
Dan joined ELB originally in 2005 as an administration assistant proving his worth and quickly working his way up the chain of command before landing in the depot managers chair at ELB's second branch in Purfleet. After successfully getting the depot of the ground and gaining invaluable management experience doing so Dan returned to ELB's head office in Wimbledon to take up the role of IT manager overseeing the installation of 4-way camera systems, telematics and all of the electronic safety equipment required to achieve the FORS silver Standard.
After a brief sabbatical in 2013 Dan returned to ELB as the operations manager overseeing the day to day operation of 30 vehicles and 50 drivers ensuring that deliveries are completed in a timely manor and ensuring KPI targets are met and maintained.

Brenda Ross joined ELB Partners recently in July 2015, she has had several years’ customer care experience gained from various industries. Brenda is a dedicated member of the ELB Customer Service/ Operations team and has become a very valued and respected member of our team.

Pippa joined the team at ELB Partners in July 2017, she came to us with several years customer care, accounts and running her own team. Pallets is a new experience for Pippa. However, she has excelled with every new task thrown at her. Pippa is very meticulous in her work and strives for excellence at all times. Pippa has become a dedicated member of the ELB Operations team and has become a very valued and respected member of our team.

Paul has recently returned to his beloved ELB for a 2nd spell,after a brief time away having originally joined way back in 2004 when we just started out on our Pallet Track adventure.
He has over 25 years’ experience in customer service having been in Pallet Track since its launch and has been involved with 2 other depot’s in the network throughout this time.
Paul has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field and also within Newspaper & Magazine Wholesale Logistics.
He has been an integral part in ELB’s growth and has an important role in the Operations side dealing with driver’s and customer day to day queries amongst other tasks in our busy office.
Paul is a much loved and valuble member to the ELB team from drivers to our all important customer base.He is very focused attention to detail to 2nd to none, a loyal , dedicted member of the special ELB Family..
Pallet Track Manager
Paul joined the team at ELB Partners in July 2017, bringing with him over two decades of operational experience within the transport, logistics and removal sectors.Having commenced his career as a Porter for Alders advancing through the business to Assistant Transport Manager. Paul has continued to develop his career though various management positions with companies including Arnold Self Removals, Tesco's and B&Q.
Within these businesses Paul has led several Marketing and recruitment initiatives, striving for excellence at all times and showing key focus to customer service at all times.
He is a highly dedicated and motivated Manager with a track record of delivering increased revenues, profit gains and operational efficiencies.
